It takes a while, a LONG while. I put my order in on Nov. 13. I got my box on Dec. 16 and mailed it back on the 23. They got my box Jan. 3 and on the 4th, it moved from step one to 2 and then by the end of the day to step 3. It's been on step 3 since and am waiting to get an email saying they mailed out the new one... gotta be patient is all I can say.

my replacement product is being shipped to me now. yay!

but on the repair status page, it shows a picture of the 1st gen ipod nano

does that mean im not getting the 6th gen? or did those who got the 6th gen also had a picture of the 1st gen on the repair status?

just got the email confirming that my replacement is also in the mail. I checked my repair status page and the picture on their is the picture of the ipod nano that I sent in, i mean to say the model and it has the serial number of the one i sent in so I don't think it has anything to do with the 6th generation replacement. Correct me if i'm wrong...

the picture shown is just what you sent in...

hell mine was black but it shows white.

also wanted to add that the email you get that confirms the replacement has been sent has the serial number of the new ipod nano listed in it. Just copy that and paste it into this link to find out what your getting and coverage details and what not...

i just found out that i have another 1st gen ipod lying around, submitted the serial number online and i am eligible for the product replacement program

now i am waiting for the empty box!
