For those of you who sent in your ipod, I got my box and looked at the letter. It says to call ups for pick up or drop off at ups however, the sticker thing on the box says fedex on it. I went to the ups spot down the block and they said it must be an error on apple's part by misprinting ups... Did you guys send yours using fedex or ups?

I just got my box today and mine has a sticker that says "For return pick up please call UPS xxxx." The package sticker thing also says UPS Saver on it.. no Fedex anywhere

^ rip off the top part if you got the EZ return shipper label. 
is this really necessary to ship ONE ipod nano? (can there for size reference)

and on the return instructions:
"Requests for service are held open for 30 days. If you have not shipped your iPod to Apple within 30 days of your original request for service, your request may be canceled."

Got my box 2 days after submitting but have not sent it in. Wondering what people will get back first, until then still useable hooked up to the Audi ipod connector

Received my box yesterday through UPS but the return EZ label says Fedex. Guess I'll send it through Fedex then.

but i came back from the movies and theres a box sitting @ the corner of the patio

One time I had a $350 item shipped with UPS and they just dropped it at my door, luckily I heard him close the gate and saw the UPS truck outside, otherwise it would've been there overnight, or stolen, since it was 6pm already.

^^yeah i hate that and they fake signatures too
had a computer delivered i was checking my tracking to see if the package would be delivered that day and the info said "delivered signed by stylinred" i was like WTF?!!!!
computer was sitting @ the front door... paperboy delivered the paper too as he left the paper on top of the box (lucky he isnt a thief)
cousin has the same problem with his clinic, items are just left @ the front door (its a bloody strip mall) as the delivery guy delivers before they open

My UPS rang up my house twice when i wasnt home, left a note then came back a third time in the evening to drop the box off.
