I cant do ATG due to a knee injury. (also cant sit cross legged or in the back seat of a car)... but i still go a fair bit passed paralell. theres no excuse for quarter squats

Some people get gassy when taking whey proteins. Some brands are better to some people than others. Or just eating a lot of protein in general can give people gas.

I take metamucil with my post-workout shake, so I can get some pretty bad gas on occasion.

Yeah, been getting a lot of gas lately. Due to either the Whey or Casein.
GF's getting pissed off at me cause I keep letting it out when we hang out. LOL! Rude or not, I'm not holding in my fart for hours. And when I do, it gives me a major cramp.
