^^ Thats my goal for chest! Props!
I thought I would be super weak after doing grouse grind all weekend.
DL's right after the grind,
275x6, then new PB 295x3 and lost grip attempting the 4th!
Then new 1RM of 345!
I keep tearing up my shins when I do DL's though. is this normal?
Also, where can i pick up some of that liquid grip stuff? |

235 lbs is nevertheless solid progress compared to your 225 from the RS challenge, just gotta stay consistent with the workouts man!

hey guys havnt posted up here in a while. doesnt mean i have been lifting like fawk!. But if anybody could help me out with this would be great.
Quick story short as some of you guys have heard this before. I went from 260roughly to about 160. Ive gained back about 190 (started lifting heavy). Im currently doing a cut right now to see how much muscle ive gained. (when i hit 160 i looked like a smaller fatter version of myself). Keep in mind as well im only 5'6 - 5'7. But i was just wondering, how do i know if i have loose skin or the remaining is fat? or if its both?. Ive read online but it doesnt really help. I wouldn't mind pming someone a pic if they can give me a little of a better insight.
Thanks in advance!

100lbs is a ton of weight. Good on you! But een at a young age, i'm sure your skin does not have that much elasticity to tighten right up completely. I am still a little curious how you got shorter with the weight lose though

Thanks in advance! | How quickly did you lose all that weight? If it's within a short time like a year (assuming it was a pretty healthy weight lose) there's a pretty high chance of it just being loose skin since that weight was lost that quickly. Getting an expert such as a trainer to check it out would be a good idea in my opinion, they can do pretty easy tests.

On another note you can probably kind of tell if it's loose skin or not, is it just loose/wrinkly? Because if so it's just loose skin.
also, fuck ya 100th post gotta be in the workout thread.

Dropped a 45lb plate on my toe tonight. Played it off like it didn't hurt. Still feeling it now.
