You guys should seriously consider buying a vitamix. Best 500 I've ever spent.. Beats the hell out of my old magic bullet. Grinds my oats into a cocoaine consistency that mixes perfectly with water without any of the chunks. Now i can easily drink 5+ cups of oats a day haha

Anyone else ever get popped ears after working out? Get it once in a while, but when it does happen it's ridiculously difficult to get rid of. Did a bit of research and apparently it has something to do with breathing improperly??? Happened again just now  | |

the shakes/smoothies I make at home tastes exactly like the ones they make at Jugo Juice if not better and for a fraction of the price too. Plus i make drinks for the family... money well spent.
