Started lifting again in July after a long break. Regaining lost mass was pretty easy, although my strength to weight ratio is worse than before. PR time though

totally not fair how richmond rec gyms all have fancy squat racks and deadlift platforms. burnaby on the other hand has poverty racks and floors that were only meant to be walked on...
