yup, doing full cleans, hang power cleans, snatch and clean pulls and "panda" pulls . pretty out of shape right now

once i obtain a small amount of proficiency, might train at oval.

much like the other snatch, the weightlifting snatch should be part of everyones program

the power output of squats + deadlift is only 30.3% of the snatche's second pull!

Just something that popped in my head
Whats the main difference between doing a pendalay/bent over row and doing a seated cable row?
You can always change grips on the seated rows to be able to do narrow and wide grips.
I just don't see what stabilizer muscles are worked when doing pendalay rows

The posterior chain (lower back, glutes, hamstrings, etc.) plays a role in pendlay rows.

what stealthy said, posterior chain. it targets a wider range of back muscles due to the fact that you're lower body isn't isolated

it also engages the core more because you're forced to hinge from the hips

I went ahead and attempted it, and got it up

feels good to actually achieve something on the deadlift

Back from 2 weeks in Costa Rica. Now back to business.

I'm going to cycle a lot more to and from work. 45mins to work and 1hr home + lift 3-4 days.
