I dont get it, you say you need a spot because you bench with a suicide grip yet the video you're benching 405lbs you have thumb over. Regular grip.
As for not locking out, I think its perfectly fine if you're body building as you're keeping
your muscles under tension for a longer period of time.
The only issue I see is your spotter.
Watch Kai Green's video, e-mail him, and tell him his spotter is lifting it for him.
Only gripe would be the spotter holding the bar, considering most people get stuck on heavy weight in that bottom 1/4 of the reps. My spotter could put 2 pinkys under the bar at that point and just with the small nudge, I could finish the lift.
Otherwise it's not bad.
I do remember you though, never spoke to one another, but I also remember you weren't the biggest guy in the gym, cardio gym yet still had/has some big motherfuckers.

Or you could simply post a video of you benching without a huge spot.
Kai green wasn't the one coming in here basically calling us all idiots for deadlifting heavy.
You have a good bench, ill give you that. I definitely cant do it, I have a weak bench for my weight class and I'm working on it.
But you seriously can't think your spot is acceptable for bragging rights.
In addition, I find it hard to believe that the spotter "did not help at all" when the speed of your 365 and 405 were nearly identical.
I'm not doubting the fact that you can press 405, but maybe you could shut us up by filming another set without a spotter (or at least without his hands on the bar).

What's next ? Is my position on the bench not right ? Lol. I bench pressed the same, consistant speed be it 150 or 400 pounds.

Woke up 2 days ago with really bad right groin pain, very close to my crotch (didn't do any lower body work the day before), and it hurts to walk and stand/sit unless I maneuver my body a certain way.

Tbh watching matt kroc on youtube back in the day was one of my early motivators for lifting weights.. I still remember that badass, disciplined and extremely driven personality of his that still is very inspiring
Apparently the guy works graveyard shift as a pharmacist and trains during the day... Also I still remember him literally shoving a nail up his bicep to condition himself for pain tolerance.
The fact that he has the courage to pursue a sex change and publicly talk about it despite the humiliation and media backlash that comes with it, reveals even more about his true character. A beast with integrity is what matt/janae is - man or woman.
