RRxtar. Try doing pullups with that attachment. I do those and I alternate putting my head to each side on each pullup.

Berz out.

i actually have done quite a bit of pullups with that handle over the top of a rack. sometimes i prefer doing pull downs because i can focus more on the muscle or movement im trying to hit.

hey guys quick question, what's the correct form for OH press ? normally when i do it my grip is almost like bench press width but i feel a lot of strain on my shoulder , so i would move my grip in closer to shorten the width from hand to hand and it seems to help a lil. Also i move my elbows not pointing to my sides but towards my front and it seems to help, although i think it's completely wrong =x lol can someone point me in the right direction of the proper form ?

Fucking Holidays screw up the weigh ttraining routines, haven't been in the gym since Wednesday.

One thing that really sucks about being in the gym so much. For people who don't train, not having a pump = feels no different. If you train a lot you miss a few days, and you're grabbing your arms and chest thinking your shriking by the second. Fack.

That is so true. "Regular" folks wouldn't understand. I feel like I'm falling apart and losing lbs of muscle per day when I don't work out for 3 days.

Sport Central Deal of the Day | Groupon Vancouver

Sports Central is having another groupon but not as good. 18 dollars for 2 months.

rules: 1 per person and can buy 5 additional as gifts.

--------------
For all the whities, 12 tanning sessions is included. Get your tan on?

Unfortunately, I'm already tanned due to being asian.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The deal isn't good for current members, but for new guys wanting to try another gym, 20 bucks inc. Hst is a good deal.

Current members have the option to renew at 199 + 25 Improvement fee + HST which breaks down to about 20.90/month. Same diff.
