every so often I'll do my bulk restock south of the border for everything to do with chicken, sausages and bacon

up here, i'll get the beef and fish (fish tastes like shit down there)

on another note, good recommendation from hotong to get a whole bbq duck - not the healthiest option but $15 will get you filled up good especially if you are trying to get your calories in

ANNALS OF SCIENCE about the placebo effect. For years, Ted Kaptchuk performed acupuncture at a tiny clinic in Cambridge, a few miles from his current office, at the Harvard Medical School. He opened for business in 1976, having just returned from Asia, where he had spent four years honing his craft. Not long after he arrived in Boston, he treated an Armenian woman for chronic bronchitis. A few weeks later, the woman returned with her husband and told Kaptchuk that he had “cured” her. “It had to be some kind of placebo,” Kaptchuk stated. “I’ve always believed there is an important component of medicine that involves suggestion, ritual, and belief.”

Totally agree. The chicken breast at costco are expensive as fuck =/. The only thing I get there now is the eggs and turkey bacon. Everything else doesn't seem to be that much of a bargain.

usually i get the 4kg boxes from safeway when they're on sale for 26.xx, i'll get 2-3 boxes at a time. I've seen the rare sale at pricesmart for 22-23 for the same size box, but they sell out fast and don't offer rainchecks for them

I got the same problem cept with my front delt. Did accupunture/tens didn't really help. I wanted to do what you did but she only had the plastic cups which she sucked with a pump and stuck a needle in the center. Hard to go heavy on the bench now.

Still looking for good old traditional cupping place to test, where did you go?

Has anyone gone to this supplement store called one whey nutrition centre in the tri-city? How are the prices compared to x-fuel? Apparently they are having a doorcrasher sale tomorrow, but I can't make it.

at the end of the day, if something works for someone, there isn't a reason for them to stop doing it. Have fun relying on only western medicine and taking drugs as a band aid and not a solution. Look at where that has gotten North America, more specifically the US

going to be doing 3x3 next week for deadlifts, trying to focus more on strength than anything else

can anyone recommend a good 3-4 day program that focus more on size than strength?

I have been on the 531 program + assistance and I feel I am not progressing as much as I want.
