Definitely feels better all around I think. The starting almost feels like more of a squat to me since u r wide and using a ton of legs etc didn't go heavy just worked on getting it down. I

its a quick source of protein or if u are on the road. or if u do not want to eat 7 steaks and just 6 a day. w0w
I know soreness isn't really an indication that an exercise is better than another, but i feel pull downs a lot more in my back than weighted pullups..did pull downs for the first time in a long time and wow I can barely move today Posted via RS Mobile
My car arrived finally yesterday. So starting tomorrow i can finally get back to the gym 5 days a week. My girl started working mornings so now I'm free after work (11pm) to go straight there. In the 3 months of almost zero gym time, I'm up 15lbs oh well, I'll burn it off quick Posted via RS Mobile
suddenly I woke up few days ago with a sharp pain (soreness feeling) in my left foot near the side. It hasnt gone and its gotten little worse that I cant really walk. Anyone know anything?
