They are only going to play 66 games this season as supposed to the regular 82, but it's crammed into a shorter period of time so that's why you'll notice teams playing back to back to back which is crazy tiring. You can tell the effects are starting to wear on the older teams like the Spurs/Mavs/Celts.
Also for Lin who was averaging like 5 minutes a game for most of the year prior to Linsanity then is now expected to push 40min/game in this shortened season, fatigue could possibly be playing a role in his turnovers too other than the obvious like - rookie pg, inexperience, ball in his hands more, etc.
Sonick is a genius. I won't go into detail what's so great about his post. But it's damn good!

I don't know how he has been able to just smile or keep a straight face through all this...If I was him and I'm in the middle of MSG getting interviewed at the end of the game with the entire garden chanting "MVP," I would break down in tears knowing that, after so much struggle and after being overlooked time after time, I finally made it after capitalizing on the one opportunity I was finally given. I mean what if this opportunity never came? What if Melo never got hurt? What if the Knicks never were underachieving? What if Toney Douglas played as he was expected to? What if Baron Davis returned from injury a little sooner? What if Melo didn't vouch for Lin and tell D'Antoni to put him in the game?

Here's a thought. If the Knicks make the playoffs, should the bbt places and even malls in Richmond showing Knicks playoff games to bring in customers to watch Lin? A giant TV screen in Aberdeen?

Your thoughts.
I think a lot of Chinese places are already showing Knicks games when they can.

I really wish Vancouver still had a NBA team. I used to be a huge NBA fan until the Grizzlies left town. Now if I want to watch a game, I need to drive down to Portland. But thanks to JLin, there's a reason again for me to watch Basketball.
