Anyone else watching Food Wars Shogukei? Finally caught up and liking the series so far. Might have to hop onto the manga to get more of it lol

Shokugeki is absolutely amazing. So is Himouto Umaru-chan if you're looking for a good, light-hearted slice-of-life. Both are from this season.

Check out Wakakozake. 2 Min shorts about food. Simple but awesome.

Finished Death Note and liked the majority of it but the end could of been better. I really wish they would do more arcs for Berserk. Even with the changes they made from the manga the anime was good.

same, i liked death note except the end. felt it was a weak way to end it.

i've only seen the 1 berserk that was on netflix which was in the middle of the storyline. seems like a cool anime.

Bakuon, Gyakuten Saiban (AKA, Phoenix Wright), Haifuri, and Macross are currently popular. But I dropped Gyakuten because it wasn't my thing, and am sticking to Bakuon since it's all I have time for.

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress is getting pretty popular. Zombies in a steampunk world. Really good animation.

Check out Gundam Thunderbolt if you want that classic 80's/90's style drama the series is known for, but with the battles visually turned up to 11. Everything is intense as fuck.

Just finished Ajin, 2.5D style animation. It was kinda choppy, laggy. Story was OK. Might pickup in the second season if there is one. The first season was pretty boring.

As good as the Gundam Thunderbolt anime is, it doesn't hold a candle to the manga version. So if you enjoy the anime, make sure you read the manga as well.

Just finished watching the entire Shokugeki series and I loved it! It's almost like Naruto but with more boobs and delicious looking food. Everytime I finish watching an episode it makes me hungry, it's a bad show to watch at 3am lol.
I'm gonna try and re-create some of those dishes haha, the crispy bacon wrapped mashed potato roast sounds mouth-watering!
This clip had me rolling with a wtf moment look on my face but once I got into the story I was hooked!

Personally I can't get into Manga's. I just wait for the anime version.
Never read any of the Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter or Game of Thrones books, but watching all of them on TV. Doesn't ruin any spoilers for me and it's better to see it in action.

Re Zero is easily my favorite for 2016.
