Linked this thread to another forum.

I was looking at that exact same car back in late December last year, being "helped" by Sebastian Goh. He pressured me to buy the car even before I said anything, claiming that "everyone does that; they do their research prior, walk in, buy it, and drive it home right away."

I just LOLed on the spot, turned my back on him and left.

I don't quite get the privacy feature of their wall. I posted a comment about how my dad bought a car, but I'm going to talk him out of trading it in and buying another... Both Subaru and Hank responded to my comment, but I can't see the comment other than through my notifications.

Best wall post:

"Austin Taylor
Prior to the issue beginning to attract significant attention, you have been either reluctant or unwilling to rectify your clients concerns. Why is it that negative publicity is necessary before you give your customer the level of service he is entitled to?"

I hope so. I was going to take my STi for it's very first service at Richmond Subaru, after reading Belaud's issues, researching up on customer complaints towards Richmond Subaru via Google, there is no way in hell I'm going to service my car there.

If they can even lose one customer out of this whole thread, then it's worth it! They've lost me after they yelled at me. I wish I got it on video anyone want to do a sales troll?

We should get a couple groups together and troll browse for some SUV's. Test drive to a drive-thru, lie to the sales guy that if he pays for the food, we buy car on the spot, but just walk out once the drive is over .

I read that comment from you.

I also read the response. Maybe it's just me but the response you got to your post seems so condescending. The whole "We would be glad to talk to your dad about his experience/concern blah blah blah" vs. we would like to discuss with BOTH of you.

Seems like they think you're some 12 year old kid who retarded so the "adults" need to talk here.

From Subaru Canada Inc.'s wall:

Subaru Canada Inc. Hi Hank! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of the situation with this customer and are working with the dealership to resolve the issue to his satisfaction. Subaru Canada agrees that there is no way a car should be delivered to a customer in this condition. Richmond Subaru has been attempting to fix the paint and they are working with Subaru Canada to ensure the car looks great! All parties are committed to total customer satisfaction and we stand behind the quality of our products!

I don't even know any more man.

Car seems like a complete write-off in terms of a "brand new" car.

Might as well just get a new car and use this as a demo/reminder of how not to deliver a car.

^ I think that is the fairest solution. Guy paid for a new car so he should get a new car. Also fire their current detail guy.

fire ALL the people who were talking out of their asses.

everyone should call and claim they're applying for the detailing position as they heard the previous guy got fired for incompetence.

I say fire all the individuals involved trying to shoo away the OP and accept the car as is.
