yes that my fingers turning blue. There is effects on the photo that make the whole photo darker so its not as bad as it seems. But she is very powerful for her size. she just took down a rat thats almost 80% her weight.

:D feeding videos are always exciting but I don't know some people are offended by it....

SkinnyPupp 05-30-2013 03:50 AM

I think a snake eating a mouse looks less offensive than what most people feed their dogs and cats ;)

Renxo 05-31-2013 11:02 AM

i just picked up a tiny toy poodle this weekend and i'm thinking about getting trupanion for her and her big brother a cocker spaniel @2 yrs old. just wondering is something like ear infection covered?? i know my cocker spaniel is prone to ear infections even if i try to clean it as much as i could.. and those that have ear infection for ur dog before how much does it generally cost at the vet to get it cured? i mean if indeed it's covered there's no point of having a 500 deductible when it only cost 100 to fix.. but i know i'll be in there more than once in it's lifetime for ear infections ~~

^ When I rescued my dog, both her ears were terribly infected. Left and Right side had different style infections and it cost a little over $900 to get meds. It didn't completely fix it so I went back for a second batch.

Don't watch if your squeamish about watching live feedings of a reptile. You've been warned.
Couldn't get the last one of my snake on camera, she is very shy and won't hunt when someone's watching.

throw this together in like 5 mins so excuse the crappy editing

FI-Z33 06-12-2013 10:11 PM

^holy crap she is FAST.

Ugh..time to go to bed and hope nothing strangles me in my sleep...

do it you know you want to :hotbaby: in all honestly snakes are perfect for the city dweller, even easier to take care of than a hamster. Live to a decent age and you can take 2-3 week vacation without worrying about finding a pet sitter:D

and yes the little girl gobble the rat down after the kill, I will try to get vid of the full feeding next time. It takes alot of patience on my part cause sometimes the snake won't start swallowing its prey if feels unsafe (ie have a camera or me in his face)
