Dewormers do tend to be pricey, but maybe not THAT pricey. If you don't mind popping out to Pitt Meadows, try our vet at Meadowvale.

My neighbour's dog didn't recognize me based on sight after being gone 6 months.. but the moment I called his name, you can see his head cock to the side and he recognized me right away :D

Curly took an extra minute to remember me and trust me.. he is very timid of people

Sorry for the shitty iphone 5/instacrap video

SPCA vet. Its nice to know your money is going into the organization that protects animals. Some vets are well known to cure ailments in dogs that they don't actually have to milk you for some extra cash.

That's trippy. I was just randomly thinking earlier if people used dogs as best men Lol.

Congrats

Here's another video, of my cat Jett. He does this every night, about 5-10 minutes before my wife gets home from work

Just goes NUTS at the door, until I let him out into the hallway.. I don't know how he knows, especially considering she has only been working there for a month!

I actually Google that place and it came up at some shady looking area from Google Street view. Is spca a place you go to?

My dog ears seem to look dirty on the inside. It looks like dirt, but in don't know if it's mites or not. It looks like 5 black dots around a small area of the ear. Another thing is, he had a small pink bald spot which in don't know why. When I pet him there you can surely feel his skin and no hair. Almost the size of a pinky nail.

Bald spot might be mange, take him in before it gets worse.

As for the ear, you can ask the doctor when your in.

It could be a lot of things.

SkinnyPupp 10-12-2013 05:03 PM

Gunky dirt in the ear almost always has mites... If you look closely, you can actually see them moving without a magnifying glass. One of my cats had them and it was pretty easy to see.

And the bald spot could be ringworm (fungus, not a worm). Don't touch him, it is highly contagious even for humans. I went to visit our uncle's cat, and it had ringworm.. we took great care in not touching anything, washed our hands after, and a week later me, my wife, and one of our cats all got it. It's itchy but easily treatable (if it doesn't spread too much)
