The bigger picture isn't about Diamond Parking Enforcement but rather the fact that McDonalds allows or hires their services and penalizes their own customers for coming to their restaurant.

If I were you, I wouldn't even discuss this with Diamond anymore and deal strictly with McDonalds. Although this is an assumption on my part, but I doubt that Diamond is there through a third-party. The management of McDonalds is probably the one who asked Diamond to enforce this or the property manager which either way ties back into McDonalds.

Pretty sad that honest, loyal McDonalds customers are being bite in the ass because of petty business ethics.

if you really want to take it up and see if you can get some CCTV from macdonalds that show you were ordering at 9:45 and leaving around 10:25. Then invoice diamond parking for time wasted on bs and send it up to their upper mgmt.

The exact same shit happened to me before. Went to that same mcdonalds to have some food and got ticketed for walking off of the lot...I did not have ticket on my windshield though, but received a letter mail from diamond parking.

Never even walked off but stayed in mcdonalds during the whole time.

I emailed them and got the same replies as you, except they told me that my case has been sent to the collections and the ticket was waived...wtf. I say just ignore the $25.

I remember a coworker had a ticket where she went to the bank to get cash to pay for something she was buying the london drugs on kingsway/joyce. got a ticket, i believe went to LD to complain and showed her receipt and they 'took care' of it somehow...she didn't have to pay for it...but i think she talked to the store manager. this was several years ago.

Do what they do on Parking Wars. When they see the parking enforcement person write a ticket, they just grab it and rip it up in their face.

They are vultures that survive off the stupid. Dont pay em keep your receipt ticket and correspondence as evidence and in the event anything ever arises of it you will be protected. They cannot negatively affect your credit not unless a higher authority says with certainty that you were in the wrong and you are judged responsible to pay.

diamond parking is run by such dipshits. I got a ticket mailed to me, mom got a hold of the ticket and paid it immediately due to fear, she got all pissed with me and i look at the ticket i look back at the day and I know 100% I was not in the lot. Those fuckers must have just saw me drive by or some shit, wrote down the wrong licence plate. Anyways, after that i never took a private parking company seriously, its all BS. Wish it was legal to punch their ugly ass faces.
