wtf kinda bed is that ?! Looks like a makeshift gynaecologist table

mikemhg 04-30-2025 10:23 AM

It's probably the wife or daughter's lil lash lab.

Every chick is a lash tech in this damn city.

bcrdukes 04-30-2025 10:34 AM

Excuse me, gents. But the light above the make-shift gynaecological table, are those pool table balls? :suspicious:

Looks like it. Either way that room is where sticks and balls get played with.

bcedhk 04-30-2025 08:07 PM

This is so dumb. WTH would you post an AI rendering of the house with features that clearly are not feasible from a structural or cost perspective.

carsncars 04-30-2025 08:34 PM

Yeah, I've seen a couple listings with the interior "AI Staged" but it completely changes the windows and actual layout of the place...

underscore 04-30-2025 10:23 PM

I can get the virtual staging thing, but I thought that was usually done manually. This is just a realtor being a lazy fuck again.

Have some friends looking for a home inspector, I know a few people posted their experiences recently here, wondering if anyone has a recommendation? They are for duplexes in east van so a proper inspection is probably in order

bcrdukes 05-01-2025 09:34 AM

Yes, I know a guy. His name is Hondaracer.

hondaracer@revscene.net

Best in the business A+.

Badhobz 05-01-2025 09:51 AM

i feel like inspector hondaracer would advise all buyers not to go through with the sale due to floor plank patterns. "it zigs when it should zag!"

Hondaracer 05-01-2025 11:54 AM

I’d do the inspection myself but then being friends or family it would probably come back to bite me lol

Honda: "2mm gap there, fucking buddy guys"

Hondaracer 05-01-2025 11:58 AM

lol I can be critical but garb is garb lol

I walk by a new duplex all the time that’s now for sale, Jesus Christ just from the outside I could take 30 pictures as to why to not buy it. I’ll snap some next time I’m there

I've used and recommended Rizwan to friends before
https://www.finalcheckhomeinspections.ca/

When we bought in 2020 he was teaching at bcit for the home inspector course.

Are you not confident in your abilities or have you just been overly confident with all of us on RS? :troll:

Hondaracer 05-01-2025 01:28 PM

I just don’t want to hear about it when their hot water tanks breaks lol

I’m not a home inspector but I know enough about basic building standards and finishing that most builds are complete trash.

bcrdukes 05-01-2025 02:12 PM

How are building inspectors any different? :troll:
