As for data centers. They are building one in Nanaimo and the uneducated nimby's are complaining about it. Complaining about how much water it will use.
if you bought commercial before the pandemic in the GVRD it doubled in like 2 years, now its softened a little bit maybe 10-15% down as vacancy rates are increasing. before the pandemic it was 1-2% vacancy everywhere, now its 3-5%.
