after market rims for 1/18 cars Quote:
Modellbau-Nowak The site is in German. Hobby Design has a few 1/18 rims. Transkits(resin) resin detail set - Hobby Design GMP has accessories for 1/18. They are sold through Acme Diecast. https://www.acmediecast.com/products...%20Tire%20Sets Ebay is your other option. Most of these after market rims are resin will need painting. Good luck William |

picked this up this morning. http://www.revscene.net/forums/membe...m/5471-csl.jpg Sidenote: safeway has ridiculous pricing for hot wheels...but I've never seen this one and had to have it. |
^ dollarama seems to have a lot of those not sure why, at least the one at central city does. |
https://scontent.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0...5d&oe=58EA248E added a dealer edition 997.1 RS to match my Ultra violet 991.1 RS :megusta: |

Beautiful, flawless Champion white paint. nicely detailed with photo etched parts - emblems, and disc brakes to note. Interior is superb. Red recaros texture looks pretty convincing. only two complaints: 1) the roofline is a tad off. something about the rear side window shape is a tad off from the real car. you really have to know your integras to spot it (i've owned 3.......) 2) the tail lights - they replicate an early 96' spec ITR (the yellow / amber rear turn signals) , but the rest of the car is 98'+ spec (rear bumper, smaller headlamp HID projectors, Airbag momo steering wheel and 5 lug/ 98' spec wheel) A very nice model. The car is pretty accurate to the real one, i'd say 95%. A high quality model and a must for any Hardcore Honda fan. I've always hoped Autoart to release a DC2 R for years........... but they never did. One model came out with a prime example of a 1/18 scale ITR that us Honda fan boys have been waiting forever.... and this model was well worth the wait. (feeling kind of emotional for receiving this model actually) Will definitely be ordering a Spoon version of the same car in yellow. Thank you pacman for yet another hassle free transaction, and a deep step into my memory lane! :megusta: |
Just received my Ignition Model 1/18 AE86. Some comparison pics with Autoart's Initial D version and bonus IG-model NSX. I can't wait for the Levin to come out! http://i.imgur.com/hGphBQe.jpg http://i.imgur.com/kCsDMaR.jpg http://i.imgur.com/wRF8YmK.jpg http://i.imgur.com/RUhekgh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/Nwcb7ev.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ACIEEN0.jpg |
i wish IG didn't go so big with the wheels on the nsx :( |
I've got all the IG NSX models and I think this one just looks a bit more unusual than the others due to the red and white contrast. I kinda wish the wheels weren't quite so "tucked" though, they need spacers hahaha Be interesting to see the 1:43 ones when they come out in a few months. |

I have preorders on 4 different 1:43 IG NSX's actually... 2 white, 1 black and 1 red... The preorders were priced at about $160cdn a piece, which is pretty crazy for 1:43, but not $240usd crazy :heckno: |

Thanks for the heads up 68! William |
The beauty of REGULAR. Recently picked up this Accord Inspire Model by Ebbro and Civic by a company called Dragon Models. http://i1323.photobucket.com/albums/...psbieesxvh.jpg I also need to find a way to display all these Tomica / Hotwheels / etc. I've collected over the past 12 years. http://i1323.photobucket.com/albums/...psq3k7cdem.jpg http://i1323.photobucket.com/albums/...pspmprzrsr.jpg |
The Ignition NSX looks SUPER NICE but super $$$$$$$$ I want to get back in the game and buy a NSX model, but I'm limited by space and $$$ I might just go and get a 1:43 Ebbro model. Everything else is too $$$$ nowadays |
I am thinking of setting up a group buy for Tomicas. Anybody interested? |
If anyone is interested, diecastmodelswholesale.com is selling off their blue Jaguar XKR-S AutoArt 1:18 for $64.99 USD. Jaguar XKR-S French Racing Blue 1/18 Diecast Car Model Autoart 73641 They want $28.00 USD for shipping to BC... but if you ship to Point Roberts it's only $10.00 USD shipping. |
When you find the Magnus Walker and Odyssey in a dump bin together... :sweetjesus::sweetjesus:. Surprisingly found the BMW K1300R. Also, went to check out the central Walmart in Richmond, full pegs but the cards were either bent or nearly destroyed. It looked like most of them went through the washer and they dried them back out. http://i.imgur.com/ZvsGGtl.jpg |
sadly, the walmart closest to me at central city in richmond hasn't been restocked since christmas :( for some reason i really like that honda monkey! |

I was pretty excited for the Honda Monkey as well as the Roller Toaster (if you push down the lever the toast goes down) and the Gotta Go (the back of the pick up is a toilet seat). |
