I can arbitrage with btc/cdn/rmb. Getting a good supply of btc is harder then it looks. Wire transfers are too long. Posted via RS Mobile |
Isn't it just easier to go to Waves bitcoin atm and put in some cash and get some bitcoins, transfer them to your wallet? or am I missing something here? Are there huge fees? |
There is nothing stopping you from doing that, except if your whole interest in trading is to take advantage of arbitrage between exchanges in which case buying in at the most inflated price of any exchange out there is going to make that awfully hard... |
Everybody is abuzz as the largest transaction ever recorded was just done, approximately 200,000 bit coins valued at over $700 each at this point = over $140 MILLION in one shot. https://blockchain.info/tx/1746d7d24...d0aaca7b208ca9 This is the tree chart... keep clicking the orange ones to see where the money went to: https://blockchain.info/tree/98329348 Some theorize it might be Richard Branson… the transfer originated in the UK and Virgin just announced they will accept Bitcoins for their new space travel program along with Branson publicly supporting Bitcoin investment… you can’t make this stuff up! Says min deposit is $2000 now. What was the fee that was charged? (Your bank and btc-e's bank)? Seems like getting money onto BTC-E is hard. |
$819 BTC today, hmm.. |

So cavirtex only took 2.5 days to deposit my money via direct deposit, cashed out wed morning money came in Friday night, not bad! Posted via RS Mobile |
Agree, I have signed up for Cavirtex as well, the only problem with Cavirtex is their volume is very limited... we are trying to buy between 75 and 100 BTC per transaction and there isn't really sufficient volume to do so on Cavirtex. |
Signed up for Cavirtex today. Anyone have any issues with lvl 2 verification? Looking @ their fees, it rather high compared to other exchanges. Is it much of a difference just going to Waves and buying there compared to Cavirtex. Btc-e seems to have the best rates but reading comments about how difficult to get funds to and from that exchange is making me stay away. |
Everything with cavirtex went smooth for me Fuck coins gotta fall so I can get back in! Posted via RS Mobile |
What bitcoin wallet are most of you using? |
Can someone guide me through the process to buy ltc? I don't want to use btc-e since its $2000 min to deposit. Any other ways? |
There's almost no way I've seen to just purchase LTC directly every way I've seen (which is accessible Canadians and not a sketchy Russian exchange) is buying BTC trading for LTC Easiest way I'm sure is that waves ATM Posted via RS Mobile |

That ATM is probably making a killing Posted via RS Mobile |
Anyone investing in asics? |
I would be really interested in knowing if that ATM does more taking money in or giving money out on average. |
how long is the lineup at the atm? I read it took in 100k in the first week. So if you had purchased at $200 when the machine went in you could go back today and it would spit out $8-900? What are the fee's associated with the atm? |
Looking at what lowside said, looks to be 10% above market price. |
Not on the sell side. On Sunday it sold bit coins at $915 CDN and bought them at $805... at that point you were getting about 8% under market... |
Crap... sold my LTC @ 14, this morning. Now, it's $18. :P |
$18 fuuuuuu Posted via RS Mobile |
Sold at $16.50 this morning... oh well, I guess we shouldn't be greedy! |
