I have a strong suspicion that the 2 is supposed to be a 3.

jasonturbo 07-10-2016 07:26 PM

ISF price is about right
- 150k kinda high mileage
- accident history
- ivory interior (wears like shit)

I think the price is probably fair considering comparables.

Nlkko 07-10-2016 07:34 PM

That F is cheap imo. Compared to US, you probably won't find a 16k USD F.

white rocket 07-10-2016 10:03 PM

rear end hit is probably a big one($10K+) combined with the other variables makes it believable. My dream daily driver. That similar silver one that just sold on here was gorgeous.

rare but not a good deal. Mine was posted for a bit less than that when i bought it and negotiated price further down. Mine was same mileage, Canadian car, and unmolested (judging by the mods, this has been ragged on a bit). I think 8k would be considered a good deal for this car.

2016 Focus RS....mark up?

320icar 07-11-2016 09:27 PM

That is fucking disgusting. Tempted to call the dealership and complain. That's fucked yo man

Teriyaki 07-11-2016 10:55 PM

So, kind of off-topic but been searching high and low for a well-priced work/family hauler for the dad. Ideally looking for another Subaru (2 in the family already), but finding one with no head gasket issues is harder than finding pikachu in the wild. I know this would be considered a beater for you guys, but its a price range (1.5k to 3.5k) we can work with.

Considering cars like 99+ Nissan Pathfinders, or even Sienna's. Generally just looking for something with no fuss and muss. Recommendations would be very much appreciated.

Not a great example, but looking at similar:

@teriyaki - look out for rust under the front shock towers. they are prone to cracking and rust.

snowfarmer 07-12-2016 08:19 AM

What about this Subaru a few posts up this thread? Head gasket was done.

[EDIT] they've since removed the price from the ad... i think it was originally listed at just under $60k

if you are looking for pathfinders, a Used QX4 can be found for the same price. contains alot of luxury options (compared to the pathfinder), same internals. just different skin. the 3.5L is more desirable.

this one caught my eye last month, but it is located in ontario.

Jmac 07-12-2016 09:41 AM

My brother has an 04 Impreza wagon and it is very tight in the back seat for adults. I imagine the 2002 is probably the same or a little tighter.

thumper 07-12-2016 10:33 AM

says it has an overheating issue... not sure if it is an easy or non expensive fix?
