Agreed on pricing, it's ok. Several other manual TSXs of similar vintage have all been listed and sold quickly for around that price.

The car he posted is not a touring sedan..

It's a decent deal but I'd negotiate hard seeing as they're asking almost 24k. FWIW, I paid 27k for a 2014 auto* V6 touring sedan with 10k kms about 4 months ago.
