Then something called the Internet and Craigslist came along and now everyone is a car salesman. I suppose fake ads is the price we pay for free listings. I mean seriously, who pays to list a car for sale anymore?

If you post on Autotrader you get replies from scammers and those companies that want you to pay them to list it for you. If you post on Kijiji you get Autodex calling you every day. And if you post on Facebook, well why the hell even bother.

Checked this one out when it was for sale by the previous owner. Driver door lock is funky: wouldn't open from the inside if you played with the key funny (sometimes gets stuck). Same with the trunk latch, often gets stuck open. Cluster was also intermittently working. Side skirts falling off, held on with double sided tape and a screw.

If that car has spent anything more than 2 years driving back and forth between Pemberton and Whistler, I can guarantee you that every single job one has to do on it will be a nightmare of rusted bolts, rusted & seized parts. Granted the last 2 winters (before this one) were pretty benign but the amount of mag chloride that the the bottom of that car has seen...:fuckthatshit:
