Damn, man... why do I have to miss the event when there are good photographers out there on course? :okay:

Does anyone know if you have to drive a BMW to participate in a BMW car club of bc event? There's a "dancing with the cones" (autocross) on June 8th that i would love to participate in, but i have no idea if they'd allow a Mustang to run... 90% full so i'd love a quick response :)

Never knew this club existed, hoping to get some track time with my miata this year. These guys have super good prices!

I believe you will need a cage to be able to head out on the track in the miata. Something to keep in mind.

Just a roll bar not a full cage. Some clubs in the states might let you by with a hardtop though but I wouldn't recommend it.

Quick question for anyone the knows. Is a snell SA2000 helmet up to standards for the VCMC day at the ridge on the 16th? Its been fine most events I've gone to so far, but I know some clubs have different rules. Proformance required snell SA2005 but had loaners so it didn't matter. Don't want to be in washington when I find out.

VCMC will look for helmets with SNELL 2005 certification (both M and SA types will be acceptable). There will be a small number of helmets available for borrowing, but it is best to not count on there being loaner helmets available.

Anyone selling a SA2005 certified helmet SZ Lg before I go pony up for a new one next week?

Incredible how much fun I've had today, asides from driving there has been some incredibly gracious, very skilled drivers who have let me ride along in their cars, been in an 07 911 turbo that was heavily modified, a 911 GT3, a 2014 GT500 an E92 M3, etc. never had so much fun in one day. If anyone on here happens to own one of the cars you so kindly let me ride in, thank you so much!!
