Drifting is slow/sideways is slow. Track days are about being smooth. Smooth=fast.

wasnt the fastest run but it was hands down the most fun ive had, so many buddies on the track at once, you cant see it in the video but im being chased by a white ae86 and red frs the entire time

its my first time organizing the sept 9 track day

kinda unorganized as theres lots of things i gotta cover and doesnt help communication with the oganizers isnt that convenient

but im def learning on preparing everything and hoping future events will be more organized so i can keep everyone happy

Dont sweat it! everyone thinks it's easy to organize a track day and the logistics associated with it. plain and simple- first timer or not- it's not simple. nobody seems to be able to appreciate the time and effort you're putting in Kal.

For anyone heading down to ORP, where are you staying?

There's virtually nothing decent nearby, we're booked at the Comfort Inn in the Dalles, Oregon. ~45 mins away from the track and $150 a night... Such a friggin' ripoff but whatever.

Damn I wanna go to ORP... But the wife is seriously going to kill me if I disappear from the world for 3 days straight...

Fuck I might just call it a loss and not make it down. Its so fucking far and going to end up costing me another 500 bucks just to crash in a dump an hour away from there and for gas. Shoulda gone to the TSS track day.
