Watching top10 RUS/CAN highlights. Marc Andre Fleury... hahahahahah...these momentum shifts happen wayyy too often
anyways...

Can't wait till Virtanen makes the team

jdmhaze 01-05-2015 07:56 PM

Virtanen was tossing guys around all tournament which was entertaining. Wish he could of buried a couple more goals though.

spideyv2 01-05-2015 08:45 PM

Stoked on Virtanen. Here's to hoping he doesn't pan out to be another Taylor Pyatt/Steve Bernier/Kyle Beach

Nabatron 01-05-2015 09:42 PM

Virtanen has way more skill and upside then those plugs! The way he plays reminds me of iginla strong on the puck and just an all out beast!

68style 01-05-2015 09:45 PM

Biiiiiiig diff between this and NHL tho, Reinhart looked lost in Buffalo with prime minutes but he's the tourney leading scorer here... I hope Virtanen pans out too but don't get too ahead of yourselves haha he ain't gonna throw anyone around in the NHL at this point...

That guy in the white helmet is everywhere. He was at all of the major events at the 2010 Olympics, including the gold medal game as well.

Steve Bernier also looked like an all out beast in the juniors

Shanahan and Nonis share in decision to fire Carlyle. All players now potential trade targets.
About time, I'm of the strong belief that you just can't win with Kessel and Phaneuf as your leaders, Kessel while talented is just a very uninspired player and Phaneuf is just a douchebag, selfish individual. You might be able to win if they weren't at the center of your leadership core.

Wait Toronto is starting to shit the bed? Must be January!

It was too bad he was never able to solidified his position on the second line with McDavid.

Then I realize majority of the players were 19 year olds whereas he's 17 and he's one of the 2 players who can return to the world juniors next year.

He was pretty awesome in the first game.
