Strong play by horvat there.

6o4__boi 01-08-2015 09:20 PM

i kno i said gg and luu will get the win but holy fuck the pp is as fucking stale as the guys that run it.
well-deserved loss.

Gh0stRider 01-08-2015 09:21 PM

Go Panthers

Simulated 01-08-2015 09:24 PM

Looks like they forgot how to shoot the puck on the pp again.

fliptuner 01-08-2015 09:25 PM

LUUUUing LU and BOOOing Miller

AzNightmare 01-08-2015 09:25 PM

Whoa! Luongo actually blocker punched someone instead of calmly skate away?

6o4__boi 01-08-2015 09:27 PM

Dorsett can be a fucking idiot sometimes.
Dunno what he was thinking with that failure of an "accidentally on purpose"

fliptuner 01-08-2015 09:29 PM

Even if FLA went SH, who cares? Our PP sucks tonight.

pastarocket 01-08-2015 09:31 PM

Shouts of Luuuuu before the game and boos for the Canucks at the end of the game.

fliptuner 01-08-2015 09:34 PM

Even gave away his stick at the end, nice move.

6o4__boi 01-08-2015 09:36 PM

happy luu got the win.
class act givin away his stick just like old times.

Canucks played like a bunch of lazy old guys.
good shift here, disappearance there.

edit - fuck we seriously need some young talent in the top six

pastarocket 01-08-2015 09:42 PM

Angry? Meh, I'm disappointed that our offence is sputtering right now.

the powerplay was abysmal, so what if your PP can play keep away STANDING...
my god....

not sure how it looked on TV, but literally, it was a stand still... this team looked better on the PK than it did on the PP and its quite sad considering the twins danced around campbell and ekblad in the first.

nice to see that Burrows got a few good shots on Luu.

Bittersweet I guess... Luu embraced all the love and gave it back to all the fans.

need to find the overhead shot of those pic... should make a good pic as there were a few press guys on the bench that took this shot facing the numbers

Man, going to the games has lost all of its appeal, what a terrible experiance.

Been to two games this season, one in pre-season and one last night. If I could get seasons for 5k I don't think I'd take the offer. The product is lacking that much.

And THREE fucking clowns in my immediate proximity literally filmed the whole game on their phone and watched the whole game tgrough their phone like wtf...

murd0c 01-09-2015 08:32 AM

Last night's game was one rare game I'm ok with the loss. I'm super happy for Lu and how everything went perfect but weird. I found it so odd after every Lu save everything gave the normal LUUUUUU cheer but it still felt super good and he really deserved all the respect.

Gumby 01-09-2015 09:50 AM

Even though the tribute was brief on TV, I experienced some onion-cutting symptoms. Imagine how focused Luongo had to be - he must have been emotional after the tribute and yet he managed to play well and get the win.

In his post-game interview, he said that's why he didn't want to watch the whole thing - too many feels.

In terms of losing on Lu's night, I don't have a problem with that but fuck, the team didn't even show up for the last 2 periods.

Mike Oxbig 01-09-2015 10:25 AM

The team let Luu win, didnt want to blown him out

Fuck!!! Going to live music events is awesome when at least a dozen people in front of you are holding up phones to record the event... it is in front of you, just fucking watch and listen assholes!

68style 01-09-2015 11:10 AM

But they have to have something to share with all their social media friends to show how cool and fun their lives are!!!

OGCStrike 01-09-2015 07:14 PM

Andrey Pedan the guy who we traded for with the Islanders earlier this season destroys Jarred Tinordi:pokerface:

fliptuner 01-09-2015 07:37 PM

Canuck

KO

#37

:tears:

Ronin 01-09-2015 08:03 PM

Not cool that he just let go of the guy and skated away. If you're holding the guy's sweater, you should try to keep his head from hitting the ice, especially when he's got no lid. Tinordi looks like he goes face first into the ice and bounces.

There was a fight a few weeks ago, I can't remember between who but one guy is off balance and his opponent wrapped his arm around his head to keep his head from hitting the ice.

Fighting gives hockey a bad rep, especially among people that don't understand hockey but I've always thought that a lot of the goons play and fight in a mostly respectful and sportsmanlike way. Yes, everyone gets angry and shit but I remember listening to George Laraque mic'ed up, wishing his opponent good luck before whupping his ass.

pastarocket 01-09-2015 08:39 PM

These are the All Star game jerseys. What do you think? The black one looks pretty good.
