I remember "Mr Wendel" (Toronto series) and "we want the cup" I believe was the name for the song in the final series..but could be wrong on that one.

I think I still have the 45 from the 82 run. It had nah-nah-nah goodbye on side A and King Richard on side B.

This memory just flashed into my thoughts out of nowhere after so many years.
Anyone ever play this two player game where you use a broken hockey stick and shoot a puck around inside a Foosball like box which lays on the ground and there are slots in between the goal nets to score???

Ikkaku 07-21-2014 08:17 AM

Yak bak's which made us all paranoid about what we say in front of friends

And when we had 50-in-1 game boy cartridges

I have been curious about this for years, but does anybody remember a particular potato chip/snack back in 2003/2004 or so that were shaped like fries and came in all dressed and I think salt and vinegar (or BBQ?) flavours? The all dressed was in a blue bag and the other was in a red bag.

They MIGHT have been called 'Drive Thru'. I remember getting them in early high school, then one year I went to the vending machine craving them and they were nowhere to be found, and have never been seen since.

I have thought about these chips several times over the years, and have googled and googled to no results to the point where I am curious if I imagined these chips.

Help!

yup. Community centres used to put 'em out at summertime at most parks. I remember playing with those, and the water parks.

Being good at snooker might give one special puck reflection abilities in this game.

Nope, don't remember those chips, but your post reminds me of O'Ryans Sour Cream and Onion chips. They were infused with flavour!

They came in those light-green coloured bags...

Speaking of YTV. I remember when that station first went on the air, and they played nothing but reruns of You Can't Do That on TV, and this:

Almost sounds like Hostess Crispyfries from the 90s In The 90s - Food of the Nineties, crispyfries

They weren't on the market long, but Ruffles brought something similar to the market last year in the US called Crispy Fries too.

Cats actually.

I still remember that side of Lansdowne Road (south side) looking like junk. The old hyundai dealership was right beside Foodie Goodie I believe.
