And another jackpot winner in Quebec for the 649 :rukidding: |
According to Wikipedia, Quebec has twice as many people as in BC. Ontario has thrice as many. Assuming a similar % of people per province buy tickets, statistically, more winners will emerge from those two provinces. |
still fuck em Quebec and Ontario winners I need me some moola |
Another free play |
bought $10 and $20 tickets only won a free play and $1 with free play....Fuck! |

i love how people who think the lotto is rigged dont let that stop them from buying tickets. |
$20 is risky, but 1 Time i cashed in two grand from a 20 dollar quick pick...also my cousin spend 50 dollars his first time playing in 10 years and won 1 grand.... haven't had the best luck yet picking my own numbers, free plays. |

i make my limit 20 dollars on either lottery,i was reading the recent winners on BCLC and gentlemen won 10 million dollars on a 6 dollar free play .....Hah!,it's all luck. and those Quebec and Ontario winners...lot of group plays in the office work place,I've seen 800 dollars to 600 dollars pots being played when it reaches 30 million, and lotto number wheels being used on picked numbers. i use to use this program called lotto logic pro http://www.timersoft.com/downloads/ and i would be having some luck...it's really tricky though, sometimes you hit 5 numbers or just get free plays.....then sometimes its cold..only 1 the numbers drawn...it's tricky too...sometimes 4 cold numbers get picked (that haven't being drawn in forever, always a bad choice to pick too many non-drawn numbers, their dead for a reason) and the other 2 are hot numbers that always pop-up... i stopped using it because it costs too much $$$ if the program doesn't catch them right...it looks at past 50 draws and sorts the hot numbers & cold numbers out for you....just pick either 4 cold # or 3 hot.....i stayed away from shitty combos like 2,13,14,18,23,30,34 because they say the odds of numbers drawn 1 above so close is Hard to win... i'm pretty sure people get pissed when they notice their quickpick is 1,3,5,10,17,45 :rukidding: |

There is no such thing as hot or cold numbers. Each draw is a separate independent event. Nothing that happens the previous draw affects the next one. This is why there's a hot and cold at the roulette table...to fool stupid people that never took entry level philosophy or economics. I see so many people at the casino with a "system" when you'd have the same odds playing completely at random. Which is why the lottery is a tax on the stupid. It's fun to think about what you'd do with the money but putting any money into it, especially some stupid ass analytics for it...you might as well just set your money on fire. |
know two people who won 500k and 1million respectively via 649 and lotto max, and i do not know that many people playing this game too LOL |

yeah i never paid for the program, there is codes laying around the internet  wasn't stupid to me getting more wins then randomly selecting numbers. |

You remind me of people how ask for the last ten Keno draws so they can look for patterns. |
lol @ hot and cold numbers. each draw is independent. nothing in the past will affect the draw that is being drawn. nor will the current draw affect the future draw. the odds remain the same for every draw for a certain number to come up. with regards to manic's 50/50, now imagine with 49 numbers. |
Wait.. there is an actual working system mechanics behind this JUST like at the casinos where I see all these people who play baccarat with... :rukidding: One time I played baccarat and I quicky flip over the 2 cards.. all these people are just staring at me like Im an idiot.. Im WTF.. you really think the card will magically "change" just by yelling at the damn card?? Next round, I stared right at them while flipping the cards over again... haha I lost that hand... but damn if I won that would looks so cool.. |

I sure as hell never learned about dice, cards or coins in philosophy. I sure as hell did learn about it when I took a stats class. And my ECON classes I learned about T-Charts, inflation, and metrics, not about mutually exclusive events and such like I did in my stats class. |

And in econ I mean just in general and how the lottery is a dumb waste of money compared to just sticking the money you would've spent on 649 in an investment account. Quote:
It's ironic that someone named "Mr. Money" makes such poor financial decisions. |
Yah i remember my first year philosophy class at ubc years ago also covered probability games. I also remember covering these games back in like grade 8 or 9 math. |
Weird okay. I've only ever taken one philosophy class and it had nothing to do with any of what you would imagine. With that said I just assumed other philosophy classes would be all about like plato, socrates, kant, or Marx. |
iirc my philosophy class had some minor discussions on probability too or I'm just recalling my stats classes :lol |
