Benning has no leverage in trading Hamhuis when you have that no trade clause in Hammer's contract. These NTC's are gonna give the team a weaksauce return if a trade does happen. :mad:

I think Hammer will waive his NTC if A) the team has a legitimate chance of winning a championship this season and B) he would want to live in that city even if it is only for a few months.
