A few guides I read said you should keep the shitty pokemon and use a lucky egg. Then evolve them all in a 30 minute span for super XP.

Then transfer them out (or evolve them further during lucky egg time).

^ Yeah. Evolve the shit outta your weedles and pidgeys (only 12 candies needed) and level up fast.

Lol damn didn't even realize that was a good way to level up! I've got a shit load of pidgies and other low level Pokemon who are easy to evolve, EXP city! Lol

screen must be on with the game running. can't be on with the lock screen either. km are only logged at human walking/jogging speeds. so im guessing <10km/h for distance to be logged.

even walking it doesn't usually register the full distance, around Burnaby lake and back home for me is about 12.5kms it rarely registers more than 8

I feel like a good portion of the time you walk, the game has glitched out and lost its sync.

My screen also becomes unclickable after using power saver mode.

Turn on battery saver, and turn your phone downwards and the screen will dim to save some battery. Toss it into your pocket and keep walking, or hold it facing down in your hands while walking.

My walk to work is estimated at 1.9km according to googlemaps!

My phone is fubar'd after installing the APK someone linked on here. Note 4 on 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Weird thing is I barely even played the game at all. Probably less than 15 minutes since last week. Fingers crossed I can somehow fix my phone.

I've had that happen every singl time coming out of power saver so i just stopped using it.

Anyone planning on getting the device? seems to be sold out real quick once it goes up for preorder :(
