hey guys I have a friend who is already on a koodo monthly plan (no contract)

can they still get this deal with their current number/plan?

Does anyone know if Koodo's self serve allows you to pick a brand new number?

My current number has telemarketers and collection agencies constantly calling due to some deadbeat that used to own this number. If i were to switch to this plan, im just wondering if I can just assign a new number instead of porting my existing one over.

I saw the option to get a brand new # when I ported over my rogers # earlier today. This is still working :woot:

Just got onto the plan yesterday and ported my number over.

I switched last week and it was working fine. Don't see why it wouldn't still be.

I ported my number this morning and everything is all good. The whole process took about week.

I hope they don't revoke this plan from us.

I cancelled over a month ago and they still haven't send me a bill yet.

I have been on this plan since 2014 no issues so far. Service is a bit spotty sometimes but overall its great.

does it still work in june? just got switched to $45 for unlimited data on mobilicity about a week ago.... but 5gb ie enough to satisfy my needs for better connection.


mobilicity is too slow for twitch.tv app (streaming games, and HD youtube, and snapchat)

spoke with a rep about it, said its fraud and they contact you after you port your number... forces you to switch to another plan. Was with a dude from metrotown as well. Said he had 10+ cases about it the past two weeks he said about koodo calling back people

maybe I should ask richmond people cause they are always down for dirty money Kappa :troll:


maybe I shouldnt even bother asking but I am worried that I will stick to Koodo and get my ass handled by their reps :(
