The bZ and Solterra have the Toyota suite since it’s on a Toyota platform.

JDMDreams 02-27-2026 10:11 PM

Dat port benefits, the self driving lane keep on the Corolla was ass, huge distance between cars and the lane keep keeps turning off, it was so weak, kept asking you to steer and bounces between the lines

twitchyzero 02-27-2026 11:19 PM

i get not needing test drive but i would think ev lease takeover would be a lot harder to find someone?
but w/e 2 years will go by quick if you actually get bored or annoyed of it

Congrats Hobz.

Welcome to the EV family.

Can't wait the day Hobz go full convert and start bitching about ICE. But I have to admit, I didn't have that on my list of 2026 RS crosswords. :fuckthatshit:

I have that too, in GTA the standard is 75 cents / km
So yes in a way i pocket the rest based on what I drive.

They cover insurance too. But it’s a taxable benefit. 1500 a month for the lease but I usually get the cheapest car so I can pocket the rest. That’s why I had so many corollas and other trash boxes. Work still assumes I have the hitlerbox. No need to correct them.

1500 for lease is freaking fantastics.

I told my gf your inner chinaman was so happy and she said “Inner chinaman? He's an outer chinaman, he’s all chinaman!” Hahaha

Badhobz 02-28-2026 07:13 AM

dats waaaccissst!!

:alone:

Inventory levels for these things are getting low, plus i got a feeling this 4k discount from toyota & subaru wont be around next month as the federal -5k came out mid feb, before they announced the -4k from the manufacturer.

If ya'll need a cheap run-of-the-mill AWD EV daily that does 0-60 in 4.3ish seconds, has 470km of range, and is priced the same as a corolla LE CVT. GO GET ONE!

Go Auto lezbaru still has lots, but they wont play ball. Call around and see which places still has the AWD Luxury left in stock. Promo for the -4k ends March 2nd.

68style 02-28-2026 07:37 AM

Are you on the payroll now?

bcrdukes 02-28-2026 07:42 AM

At least he has a job.

68style 02-28-2026 07:44 AM

SO DO I! Ask Eff-1!

Also I'm a molly maid for Airbnb now. I'm going to get stickers made for the side of my Merc of me in a french maid outfit.

Why? Because I was able to get the Solterra AWD luxury black cladding (the one that has 360 degree camera, memory seats, faux leather, better sound system, etc) for around the same price as the base model BZ. The car was 58k MSRP.. i got 4k off from subaru, 5k off from the government program, and monthly its 530 a month with zero down and 48 months.

its just too good of a deal to pass up. got too many nice features and the price was the same as a base model corolla

GO GET ONE!!! BEFORE THEY ARE ALL GONE!!!!!. dont try the fag at richmond subaru (go auto), useless. i went all the way to boundary openroad subaru.

:considered: you got me thinking if i should add a 2nd subie to my garage now.

what's the interest rate you paying? is the interest rate the same if you finance?

Badhobz 02-28-2026 06:12 PM

0.99% interest rate on a 48 month lease. 530 a month, nothing down.

i dont know what the financing is per month, i dont finance.

It's got headlight washers, interesting..

noclue 02-28-2026 07:01 PM

Driving review and comparison to GTI please!
Don't forget to acknowledge that the electricity is generated from unceded territory whenever you plug it in.

Badhobz 02-28-2026 07:16 PM

Uhhh so I drove it for 15 minutes so far. Wife’s been driving it more than me. She’s quite pleased with it.

I drove it to dinner and I’m typing this out while waiting for food.

Handling : good! Little to no body roll, very stiff chassis. You can feel the quality of the chassis. Not a wet noodle like an EV based on a more economy chassis. You can feel that solid TNGA platform.

Performance: insane. Fast car in my fleet right now. Grips and rips. Braking is strong too.

Interior: very very nice materials for a 58k car. Glad I got the Subaru as the BZ equivalent mid trim had those cloth seats that were quite ugly. My only complain about the interior so far is the seat button cushion isn’t very long. For a guy with long legs, my thigh is only supported in the middle. German seats are much better for my body style. Wife has no complaints.

Infotainment: good. Toyota stuff. Easy to use. Integration is easy. Modern Toyota crap. I live in Apple car play so not a big deal.

Charging is piss on level 1. I bought a nacs charger from Amazon and it says from 85% to 100% it would take 20h to accomplish. Hahaha fuck you.

SSM_DC5 02-28-2026 08:24 PM

The brown bros that built your house skipped out on a 240v outlet in your garage?!

yray 02-28-2026 09:08 PM

bruh, im sure the port has free level 3 charging

I known people that has lived off free charging for like 2 years of ev driving

bcrdukes 02-28-2026 09:13 PM

Will Badhobz come in to charge the car at 10pm. :troll:
