Put 2 in my cart (as a test). Went through the queue system which took 10min. When I passed through it, I was down to 1 in my cart. Figured it was a quantity limit. No problem. I fill out the billing info and hit submit and the item was sold out completely lol. I didn't get a chance to buy one.

It's like being in a grocery store waiting to pay and someone runs by your buggy, scoops an item out, taps at the nearest terminal and runs the fuck out the door.

Well, the Nest is on sale for 259 everywhere, including Home Depot, The Source, Lowes, etc. so matching won't work. Good news is, that's the going price this week.

Its because of all the crazy amount of people trying to access the website at the same time around these periods. You should see the command centre monitoring it all (former employee). They put a lot of checks in place to ensure its as smooth as possible.
