Best buy is fucking trash

sonick 11-25-2016 07:29 AM

Totally impulse bought a pair of the previously mentioned Sennheiser headphones on the way to work: https://www.amazon.ca/Sennheiser-HD-.../dp/B01JP436TS

Was not looking for new headphones at all, but RFD said it was a great price even $20 lower than Prime Day.

Damn you Amazon's fantastic mobile user experience!

PHATFLIP_14 11-25-2016 07:43 AM

Looking for a FitBit to give as Xmas present. Any deals out there? Thanks.

murd0c 11-25-2016 07:43 AM

Deals on 24"-26" monitors? Need something for gaming PC

SpartanAir 11-25-2016 09:29 AM

Not sure if this is a BF deal, but I've been after a Dyson handheld for a while. $239USD, normally $499USD. If you have a US address across the border, this works out to be $350CAD with tax. Decent deal. Perfect for my small apartment, I can get rid of my piece of shit corded bag vacuum, finally.

4.5 star average review from 579 people.

Missed out on the earlier Crucial MX300 750GB deal earlier. If anyone notices anything still in the 250 - 500GB+ range, that would be very much appreciated.

Armind 11-25-2016 09:48 AM

No US address.. :okay:

Not sure what your budget is but this one came up. Slightly larger.

BenQ GW2765HT 27in IPS WQHD Monitor 2560X1440 4ms HDMI DVI VGA DP Speakers Pivot HAS VESA - GW2765HT - NCIX.com

Of you want to skip right to a 4k UHD

Samsung U28E590D 28IN 4K Uhd LED Freesync Monitor 3840X2160 1MS 1000:1 DisplayPort 2x HDMI VESA - LU28E590DS/ZA - NCIX.com

EDIT: :fulloffuck:

The 4k monitor is apparently back to regular price but if you go to NCIX's homepage, click on 'monitors', you'll see it's up at the sale price.

Armind 11-25-2016 10:34 AM

I'm using the same BenQ monitors at work.

Just get one from the many holding services. I go to 5D Packages, literally a 30 sec drive over the Peace Arch, and they charge $2 a package.

Not sure if this is an issue for you, but my dad complained that you had to hold the button down in order for the vacuum to function, which got tiring/annoying if you use it for anything other than cleaning up a small mess. His other complaint was that the suction power was pretty weak.

Keep in mind that he downsized from a big house with a built-in-vacuum system, to a small apartment with this handheld vacuum.

I have the same sentiments for mine. Battery lasts maybe 30-40 minutes.

I have not looked around so excuse me if these deals are not as crazy as perhaps some other store.

Viatmix - The Bay has the Total Nutrition Center for $549 down from $729 online. They also have some smaller discounts on other models.

Brands | Small Appliances | Total Nutrition Center | Hudson's Bay

Simple Human - I'm a big fan of their products, some think why the fuck would you spend $100-$200 on a garbage can but I do and it's fucking awesome. 25% off their top 10 items

I dont know about you guys, but mine used to be the same, until I realized my vac was always running on Max settings. if you hit the max button on the back, the vac lasts twice as long, it still picks up good on our hardwood, we usually only use the max setting on our floor rugs.

Hondaracer 11-25-2016 02:46 PM

Deals were all garbage

That deal on the nest was the best I saw, from $349 to $249, $100 off is about as good as it gets

Armind 11-25-2016 02:47 PM

My rice cooker was 48% off SeemsGood

6o4__boi 11-25-2016 02:56 PM

bought a couple of blu rays, couple of cables and some small household electronics.

nothing crazy out there in terms of deals

lol that NCIX free points thing blew up. I did manage to redeem for a $30 GC but i doubt they will actually ship it/honor it. Wouldn't be surprised if i get an email from em saying sorry, promotional error, here's 20% off your next purchase of $100 or more.
