Its not going to kill anyone.
As much as she wants (which would be zero) It's probably impossible to find on shelves anymore anyway. There are better artificial sweeteners out there.

A 10 minute video for anyone interested, doctor talk about how these sugar studies are fudged and the side effects. The brain tumors it causes can in fact kill you.

Its survival of the fitness... the ones that dont adapt quickly will be doomed.

MSG = salt + glutamic acid... glutamine naturally occurs in your own body. It's the umami chemical. Tomatoes have lots of it, if you ever made anything with tomatoes and salt, or put salt on meat... you made your own MSG....

So why do scientist label the artificial version a neurotoxin?

As explained earlier, the dose is what determines toxicity.

Everything is toxic, everything is not toxic.

You have to be more specific.... Which chemical in Coke are you talking about?

Considering Coke is mostly water, I'd say you can drink 6 litres of coke before you die of water toxicity. That's how much water can kill an average 165 pound person.

What's the maximum number of diet Coke cans, with Aspartame, a person can drink a week and not have to fear getting a brain tumor.

A 12 ounce can of diet soda usually contains about 192 milligrams of aspartame and a packet of the tabletop sweetener contains about 35mg. An adult weighing 165 pounds would have to drink more than 19 cans of diet soda a day or consume more than 107 packets to go over the recommended level.
https://www.cancer.org/cancer/cancer...aspartame.html

19 cans a day... 19 cans is over 6L so again, you'll die of water toxicity before you get any side effects of the aspartame if you drank it all in one shot.

What about the fact the FDA it self questioned the validity of the Aspartame studies?

The system (media included) is like letting you know, hey this can kill you but we're selling it anyway.

Do you agree that the dose limits that you posted came from flawed studies?

Bombarding yourself with propaganda on a daily basis probably isn't too good for your health either.
Kind of ironic the level of stress people seem to put on themselves to lead a "healthy" lifestyle.

Everything in moderation. Exercise regularly. Adequate rest.
Everything else is probably predetermined.
JMO tho

I have adapted my lifestyle back to what my ancestors were eating for hundreds of thousands of years to survive and it doesnt cause me any mental stress.
I dont need artificial gimmicks to sweeten my tea or MSG flavour enhancers derived in a lab by some NWO industrialist to enhance bland processed food.

At least Eddie isn't anti-Semitic... That's the creepiest part of CiC. First I thought he was a sick person, possibly psychotic in some way - paranoid schizophrenic... But those people tend to think the world is out to get THEM specifically. He thinks literally everything is a construct of Jews to ... do something or other... to everyone else.

It's still sick, and somewhat amusing as long as it doesn't interrupt normal threads. He doesn't hate Jews just because they're Jews, he is just really crazy and thinks they're out to get the world. So it's tolerable somewhat and seems mostly harmless.

Eddie just likes to be a contrarian I think. He is obsessed with the idea of "not everything is what it seems" and there's always some sort of conspiracy to explain how everything works.

I guess you'd would call it a Strawman argument too if I said war criminal Donald Rumsfeld was the go-to guy to stand in for Aspartame's approval... he then later went on to play into the 911 false flags resulting in the death of over a millions people.

I am with you regarding the gym part.

No doubt eating right helps, but I agree exercising, especially maintaining decent muscle mass helps. Not so much just for health, but looking good with a better body brings much satisfaction.. something money cannot buy.

Most people look old over 50 as they have too high a body fat percentage. This is from someone who went from 29% to 13% and certainly belongs to the close to 50 age group.

There is no secret, just eat 50/50 vegetables/protein minimizing starch, salt and sugar. Eat till you are not hungry, not till you are full.

See food as the clean fuel you want to put in your car. Taste comes secondary.
