I got $50 on Trump winning.

Spread was 6.5 to 1

They really don't think he's gonna win haha.

As much as I don't want him to win I think he will, most Presidents are two term presidents and all these Trump rallies and public appearances he makes are always packed. He's got quite the following.

StylinRed 11-03-2020 05:11 PM

Ooo BBC has Boden leading in Texas by like 0.6% so far but that's still surprising

SkinnyPupp 11-03-2020 05:14 PM

You have to look at the states that go back and forth that Trump won in 2016... Ohio, Florida, NC... Those are all leaning blue and that's just from the walk up voters who normally lean red

It's stressful and mindblowing that even the most hardcore republican would voluntarily vote for Trump, but I think there's enough educated/young/non white people to go the other way. You never know though until the end

Bouncing Bettys 11-03-2020 05:25 PM

Virginia was called for Biden, now that call has been rescinded while Trump has held a 300k lead there.

ilovebacon 11-03-2020 05:42 PM

looks like Biden is winning the voters

underscore 11-03-2020 05:43 PM

Based on past elections, when can a solid result realistically be expected?

welfare 11-03-2020 05:50 PM

Trump's up by almost four points in Florida with 91% of the vote counted

whitev70r 11-03-2020 05:52 PM

Here's hoping Lincoln Project was successful. Surely, there are other reasonable, intelligent, sensible Republicans, no?

Bouncing Bettys 11-03-2020 05:54 PM

Trump up 200k in Texas for now.

He's up 400k in Florida and they are going to call it for him?

I wouldn’t get too excited.. watching the last two presidential elections feels like watching NFL. Anything can happen and it’s not over until it’s over.

:Popcorn

Its close. The polls mean shit again. I'm scared this is a repeat of 2016. Fucking dumb Americans.

Teriyaki 11-03-2020 06:20 PM

Anyone know if the results and tallies are calculated differently by each news channel? Just comparing CTV to CBC has the total counts differing?

Which one you guys following along with?

whitev70r 11-03-2020 06:22 PM

^ just make sure Brett Favre doesn't have the ball in the last minute of the 4th quarter.

Or Bobby Orr in the last minute of the 3rd period!

JDMDreams 11-03-2020 06:24 PM

JSALES 11-03-2020 06:31 PM

It has been entertaining at least:
I actually agree with Cenk, but the best chance of that happening is 4 more years of Trump, which I have been saying.

For this, wouldn't you rather watch ABC, NBC, CBS? Canadian news can't possibly be as accurate or current, at best, they must be getting feeds from the major US news source.

On another note, what is interesting, so far, is that Trump is winning popular vote but losing projected electoral college seats ... reverse of 2016 ... but it's way too early to conclude. So far.

HonestTea 11-03-2020 06:44 PM

I'm following on NYT, not sure if they're as up to date.

StylinRed 11-03-2020 06:55 PM

BBCs website coverage is nice and interactive
