Katy Perry is still super hot, she’s just annoying as fuck and always has been. Not even in like a malicious way, just a super annoying way. They are perfect for each other. Pretty dumb, receive way too much hate, and need to just stay out of the spotlight and shut the fuck up.

unit 12-18-2025 10:06 AM

she was hot when she was a younger star... nowadays when i look at her face she just looks really generic and artificial... she wears like an inch of makeup at all times.

if you search her up without makeup, she's still good looking but she looks like a completely different person.

Traum 12-18-2025 10:11 AM

I agree that Katy Perry was the prettier girl when she was younger, but at this point in time, Sophie Grégoire is the far more pleasant and classy looking woman.

Uhhhh no. She looks like a french dairy maid and not in a good way.

Katy Perry looks fine without makeup, she just looks like a generic white chick you might run into at Whole Foods and wouldn't think twice she's a famous pop star unless you are unnecessarily invested into her life.

Badhobz 12-18-2025 11:06 AM

^is that 69style?!?! what the fuck. thats a man baby.

plz continue to add lbs of makeup. if i woke up to that id be running for sanctuary!!!!!

A lot of celebrities and social media influencers look WAY less hot without makeup - professional make up (and the right clothes) can perform miracles and turn a 6 into a 10. This applies to men as well but not quite as much. Occasionally I'll see a makeup TikTok that shows the transformation and it's pretty unbelievable. Bad skin, poor complexion, squinty eyes etc, they all disappear with a little bit of work.

On the flip side I'll see some women in public that look pretty frumpy but who I bet would look like a smoke show with a bit of a glow-up. *cough* like the new cashier at the Station Square Pricesmart *cough*

unit 12-18-2025 11:59 AM

you can really only make yourself a little bit more attractive before the makeup does too much heavy lifting and then it isnt attractive anymore...
anyone who goes from a 6 to a 10 just with makeup isn't even the same person anymore and their face is basically a total lie.

+1 for Premier Ford. When Orange Bully bullies Canada, our home, you fight back.
Never ever back down, Premier Ford.

Carney with the eye roll in response to Ford's answer to a question about the Ontario government's anti-tariff ads. LUL

Latest unemployment rates across each province.

Cheeto's tariffs are hurting Ontario big time. In particular, as Ford says in the video, Ontario's steel, automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors are getting hit hard with job losses because of tariffs.

I thought that a 9.7% unemployment rate in Nanaimo is bad.

Windsor, a city reliant on the automotive industry, has an 11.3 percent unemployment rate!

The current unemployment rate in the Canadian cities listed below are in bold.

Was it a good ad?

In isolation, yes it was. A smart way to get the message across to red state americans. It got noticed, which is the whole point.

Was it a smart idea to run that ad?

Not at all. That ad is the single reason why Trump cancelled the trade talks. The premiers (including ford) need to get their acts together and align with Ottawa as one central voice-- not run their own tactics that undermine the PM's "kill em with kindness" strategy.

I fondly remember feeling big squishy boobs pressing into my back in a mosh pit for Florence and the Machines at Coachella many years back... turned around and it was Katy Perry in her purple hair phase. She was dating the guitarist of the band at that time.

The issue that I firmly believe in is -- if it wasn't for Ford's ad, it would 1000% be some other little petty BS reason that Trump would use as the excuse to derail the trade talks.

Trump has no real interest in negotiating a fair and reasonable deal, and he doesn't care if everyday Americans get hurt in the process of a failed negotiation. If the opposing country caves in, like much of EU and some Asians countries have done, then sure, he'll take the deal and leave you with some bread crumbs. Europe is a coward for kowtow-ing to Trump.

I disagree with ford running that ad for the reasons outlined about having unity under the federal government with how to deal with that fat retard.
What I disagree with is the fact those were the “single reason” trump wont negotiate. He’s done that for 100 reasons previously and will do it for 100 more after that. He has no interest in rational conversation and lives his life perpetually offended and insulted.

Badhobz 12-18-2025 05:25 PM

You cant win with that stupid orange muppet. His way or no way, for another 3 more years (or more if this idiot decides to crown himself king). He has zero qualms about backstabbing longtime allies and getting in bed with dictators. Im 99% certain if Russia goes to war with NATO he'll find some way to weasle out of the agreement and not join. Similarly, if Emperor Xi forcibly unifies China, then he won't do anything either unless it's extremely beneficial for the US to maintain the current status quo.

This is a pretty good summary of the situation

Great68 12-18-2025 08:09 PM

That's a huge power move

Maple MAGA: "Fuck Trudeau!"

Trudeau: "Oh Fuck ME?, nah now that I'm retired I'm going to go fuck a gorgeous and loaded pop star. How about you guys? Going back to your fat redneck honkey girlfriends?"

What is up with these brown guys that seem to be carrying the torch of white nationalist ideologies?

They're in the Trump admin, they run rightwing/conservative bot accounts, they're within the rightwing parties in Canada, and even anecdotally, I find most brown guys I ran into seem to parrot hardcore conservative/red pill anti-progressive ideas, and these are Canadian born guys, not just FOBs.

It's jarring to watch these guys fall over themselves to be accepted by whitey, meanwhile they're hated by these same people they're dying to be accepted by.

It's utterly bizarre.

Isn't this just classic "leopard won't eat MY face" behaviour?

mikemhg 12-19-2025 05:10 PM

For sure.

It's just interesting I don't see that same level of cynicism from other diasporas, such as the Chinese (and yes I know Chinese tend to skew conservative).

Why are Indians suddenly becoming the flag bearers of the white right?

Has it always been this way? Is this some weird offshoot of British colonialist mentality, as there are is some commonality to Nigerians pushing this bullshit as well.
