Not enough info in this story. Was there a time agreed beforehand of how long the repair would take? Just because a car gets dropped off doesn't mean it gets worked on promptly. Even a basic oil change can sometimes take up to 2 hours (when they start working on the car 1.5 hrs after I drop it off.) I don't go storming in an hour later after I drop the car off and pull the racist card when I realized the car has been sitting there for an hour. Even if I'm upset, it's a character flaw to jump to conclusion about it being due to racism when something doesn't go my way.

Turns out I went to high school with this lady’s son, he’s getting harassed to shit online by people and he had absolutely nothing to do with it, super nice guy and a very upstanding leader in his field of work which is defined by acceptance and diversity and he obviously does not share her views or he wouldn’t be in that field of work.

Not sure where you're reading that the police attended the incident. The police did not attend the incident. The police didn't even know about it until the video went viral. Further, a formal complaint was only filed the next morning.
