If that lady uttered threats at the other driver or committed a violent act to harm the other person, then the legal ramifications for her are very different than the incident that occurred. No crime was committed in this incident.

Funny thing is, i've read a few diff local reporters now saying what she did isnt considered any sort of crime under the criminal code, however, there are comments and threats being made to her online which absolutely could be considered criminal offenses..
