Meh call me old school but I still love hard nosed playoff hockey. Gallagher getting slammed head first into the ice without a helmet on was definitely too much but aside from stunts like that, I love it.

Not to argue, but a lot of things that are old school, we know better now and that's why we move away from them. The big thing with sports like hockey is concussions, and every step should be taken to eliminate them as much as possible. Seeing guys get decked in the face, helmets pulled off, then heads spiked into the ice... That might be "tough" and all that, but these are people, and things like that can have long lasting effects.

I say this as someone who suffers every day for basically my entire life from a concussion I got from a fight in school. A fight about sports... Stupid shit. I'm extra sensitive to that kind of stuff.
