It won’t be any more than a CTR |

MSRP for a CTR is $46,200 and the Golf R is $45,995 so it has to be similar to those. |
Every estimate I've seen puts it at ~$45k CAD. |
but how much markup since STI as we know it got killed off? at least some on the waitlist might go for the manual Supras |
Sorry, I meant with taxes and fees so like a low 50k car. At the 45k estimate it's pretty good, but since it should have AWD should it be more than CTR? Volkswagen pricing is very aggressive, I mean a GTI mid trim is priced the same as a Civic hatch these days. |
$45k sounds about right... It's a newcomer, it would be a mistake to put off customers with too aggressive of a price tag. A lot of people are still not sold on owning a performance based Corolla. The car doesn't sell itself. Also, has specs been confirmed yet? The price should reflect that, because there are some rumors of it only being around 268hp which would be WRX tier. |

Any word on whether Toyota or Subaru Canada have stopped taking orders for the MY22 BRZ/GR86? |
I put a $500 deposit down for a GR86 mid Feb. No ETA |

April 1 GR Corolla |
That front fender vent better be functional! (unlike the fake stuff that we've seen on the Supra). |

There's an auto gr86 at langley toyota. 2k off msrp edit: it's gone. saw it last night. that was fast |
It’s sold. |
I put down a deposit for the GR Corolla, the people at the dealer didn't seem to know a lot about it but I'm second on the list there apparently. |
Will this be hot? I'm not sure what the demand on a $50k Corolla will be. You don't even see any new Supras around, not sure if it's ppl not buying them or they are not even available. |

The demand for a $50k CTR is the same as the demand for a $50k Corolla, maybe more, since it has a unique powertrain. The GR Yaris was already selling out, no doubt a GR Corolla will see the same popularity. |
