Anyone else think this bitch is kinda brave to be doing that while looking the way she does? I mean the sheer fucking hubris. I look better in a bikini than that bitch! I should make a 12 page calendar of my ass sprawled across my ratrolla and ES

I would be willing to pay top dollar for this.

This seems like lucy liu's best movie! Based on a true story where this woman kills her retarded son.

Very asian, much honor.

:heckno:

Just the thumbnail alone... I ain't clicking on that lol.

Badhobz 01-09-2026 08:20 AM

She does a really good fob accent !!! What a treasure for our race. Not bad looking for pushing 60. Turning a bit ah mo for sure.

spoon.ek9 01-09-2026 09:06 AM

I have never thought of her as attractive, not for a second. It always boggled my mind until years later when my friend's husband had to tell his white buddy he was banging ugly Asian girls. A bit of context, his friend was recently single and hooking up with lots of "hot" girls. The husband asked to see photos and couldn't hide the reaction on his face. As he had to explain "you're screwing the Lucy Liu's and Sandra Oh's of the world" :lol

Badhobz 01-09-2026 09:12 AM

Nah not good looking that’s for sure. A very stereotypical white man ideal of an Asian woman. Not our type.

But she looked the same for the past 30 years.

GLOW 01-09-2026 09:26 AM

always thought her eyes were not spaced right, all weird.
like the asian uma thurman

bcrdukes 01-09-2026 09:28 AM

Looks aside, she's done well in North American media channels. For those of you who may remember, she starred in an HK movie with Aaron Kwok back in the day. She looked the same back then and looks the same now. :D

Traum 01-09-2026 10:31 AM

OMG and I thought I was a pretty decent 90's HK movie junkie! Obviously I am not, since I never even had a clue that Lucy Liu did a movie together with Aaron Kwok!

and holy shxt... I vividly remember an Aaron Kwok looking like this. But this is my first time seeing a Lucy Liu like this. :fulloffuck:

yray 01-09-2026 10:31 AM

LOL its adam smith international school

Aaron kwok still looks the same

y'all gonna love vera wang :troll:

bcrdukes 01-09-2026 10:37 AM

Vera Wang :heckno: Let the white guys have her.

bcrdukes 01-09-2026 10:40 AM

I saw Aaron Kwok's concert not long ago here in Niagara Falls. He still looks the same, but he's ripped. The guy really knows how to take care of himself.

Same here but in fairness none of us probably knew who the hell Lucy Liu was when this movie came out in 92 so while we did see her we didn't think anything of it. I mean her first biggest break in Hollywood was what, Payback or Charlie's Angel? and those movies were almost a decade later.

FYI, if you're a film buff or just like older movies the Park Theatre is now under new management and is showing a lot of older movies. I'm going to see In the Mood for Love tonight and they have Old Boy, My Neighbour Totoro, the original Tron and others coming up on the schedule.

I hear Hard Boiled is doing a re-release and I'm hoping they pick it up.

I remember reading a Lucy Liu interview many years ago where she said if she was interested in a guy and he was white and she found out he had dated an asian girl before, she wouldn't go out with him because she didn't want to be one of his "types" and I remember thinking to myself "Weird... that's like her only prospective audience, white guys who already like asian women"

I always thought she dated a string of famous white guy actors and married one but after doing some cursory research it doesn't seem to be the case at all. She never married and had a surrogate baby at the age of 46 (she's 57 now).

But if you ask some random American aged 30-60 about the hottest Asian celebrity you know her name would probably be at the top of the list.

Edit: I probably thought that because of that Futurama episode where she dated Fry:

If anyone is in or going to HK, this seems to be a novel restaurant name to see if you are in the Yuen Long area.

Ming Na Wen is aging like a ridiculously fine wine at age 62:

I went to see In the Mood for Love in the re-opened Park Theatre last night and, my god, Maggie Cheung, was so hot in that movie:

It's also an incredible movie - regularly makes top 10 movies of the 21st century (and my personal #1 since I saw it for the first time 25 years ago).

^I didn't know Park Theatre is showing In the Mood For Love, it's one of my favorite movies. Hopefully they'll have another showing before the end of the month.

Your age is showing

Maggie is really pretty, but that aesthetic just doesn't do it for me. That big.... I don't know what to call it hair, just no. Reminds me of my grandma, I can't get the hots for my grandma.
