Anyone have experience with black Gorilla lug nuts? Wondering if they're reasonably resistant to rust. |
Nobody has experience with black gorilla nuts bro….. nobody |
ICBC just got rid of the 2nd driving test for full driving license. So 1 road exam and then 12 months you automatically get full license if you're record is clean! |

apparently, I'm a little late to the game. It was introduced in April this year, implement officially 2026. But as you can imagine, if you only have your N now, why would you bother booking a 2nd road test to get your full driver's license knowing this is coming. Apparently, cost saving measures and to clear up the backlog for road exams. Also a cost saving measures for See Lais in Richmond, now, they only have to pay off one examiner. |
good ruck everyone rone erlse |

Let these rolling land mines kill each other :lol |
Fuck we already have shit drivers in this city, I wonder how much an effect this will have. I would assume they'll be handing out more failures for the initial driver exam, one would hope. |

every shop you go to any shop (dealers, independents, tire shops, CT), the techs will use air or electric impact to loosen and tighten the lugnuts for efficiency purpose, no one will spend their time using an breaker bar to tighten then use a torque wrench to torque to specs, does that mean the lugnuts will inevitably fail at some point? |
Most cars will come with steel lugs or bolts, other than some really specialty vehicles (some Lambos come with titanium bolts) they would be all steel. My experience with Toyota, Mazda, Honda, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes have all been steel. My M3 uses steel bolts. |

The kid I sold my E36 to, didn't have a license, had fines for driving with a suspended license, well known to police, and all he had to do was call icbc and beg them to remove the block on vehicle transfer and that he promises to pay the fees. |
Please tell me why I'd still want to be a law abiding citizen? FailFish Quote:

Watching shady dealer friends, or scammy finance bros all fall upwards, meanwhile breaking every societal rule they can with little to no consequence. At the same time here we are being good salaried participants, paying our taxes and following the rules, yet we'd be the ones punished first if there's ever an opportunity to do so (i.e. making a mistake on your taxes, etc.) |
I gotta admit that to be a successful criminal -- or at least, shady a$$ scammer of some sort -- you gotta have the smarts to pull it off. Unfortunately, I don't, esp in the quick thinking department, so that kind of rules out the criminal career path for me... FailFish The next best thing would have been to marry rich. But damn... I messed that up as well LOL~ |
This is why shit is fucked. Especially in our society (Channeling my inner Hondaracer here) where the criminal laws are so lax. Stealing sea cucumber is more punishable than sawing a dudes head off and eating his face. |
Just gotta be diagnosed as mentally ill or autistic. Free pass to do anything in Costco or our society in general. |
well thats easy enough for me. you guys all know how retarded i am, so if i go on a murder spree in costco parking lot you guys all tell'em im insane okay? okay? guys??? |

In the spirit of this thread's title, probably nobody will care, but there's word floating around that Aquapel is done with Canada. I'm probably going to stock up... |
Do those things have a shelf life? I have a handful sitting around for years that I haven't opened. |

Having said that, like yourself, I had some sitting around for a few years and it was way past the expiry date. I used it anyway and it worked. :D |
