You'll love the Konis. Just remember that the rears can't be adjusted in car so you may want to consider adjusting them before installing them. Set it and forget it, so to speak.

If it can't breath it'll be trapping moisture which will cause a lot more damage than some dirt on your hood. If you're worried about stuff dripping on the hood just pin the sheeting to the edge of the roof so it just hangs in front of the car.

Rubber, Poly, stainless braids, steering components, brake parts, and decided to try STAGG struts since they are most likely temporary. Seem to have good reviews on BMW and Mustang forums so i thought i'd try them out for the Datsun fans… Oh and a bad ass tie dye VW shirt. Top it off with a box/receipt which reeked of marijuana. Ditched the box, but the receipt and each individual box around the parts reeked too. Apparently it was pretty strong because we got the full search at the border haha. It'll get the new cams, ORC clutch, water pump, timing belt, power steering pump rebuild, hose from hell on earth, upgraded center diff, new shifter bushings, possibly a turbo rebuild and all the gaskets and seals. I need to get an oil pressure guage to determine if I want to do a 98+ 5SFE high pressure oil pump upgrade as well.

Nothing a little custom plumbing can't fix. Regardless, I don't think it's a big deal. I'm still using my NA prop valve and it feels the same as it did before which means that it still locks up the fronts early. I wouldn't bother with an OEM prop valve. If you are going to swap it out, get a proper adjustable one from summit/jegs, etc...

And even then, I'd only sell it to some old guy who had one new back in 91, and wanted one again. Or someone who has one, and won't ruin this one.

Orr I get another S-Chassis and ruin a Nissan nobody actually cares about.

You might ask: What spurred on this feeling? I drove the GS400 in the rain with Traction control off today. I missed hooning in a RWD boat. One handed steering input like a sir, with the foot down. Spraying rain and tiny pebbles at the unfortunate souls waiting for the bus. Never lift.

I should probably just get an X100 Mark II and be happy.
Or an Aristo + R154 to match my GS400.

Made my decision on a helmet. Ended up going for a relatively cheap RaceQuip open face. At ~$200, SA2010 approved and got good reviews. I also bet it's a LOT better than renting a sweaty, nasty helmet... :concentrate:

like everyone above stated, if you havent installed them yet, return them. HPS honestly are barely above stock pads, i bet you some stock pads are better. HP+ are great for the track but really dusty, i dont even bother with it because if its going to dust and squeal... go for the DTC60. that being said, you'll probably want a stock pad to swap in on the off season... thats why i prefer FERODO DS2500, low dusting, no squealing, good bite, great modulation... good all around

It took me literally 10 minutes to have it set up. Just plugs into the OBD and tape it up to your dash. It looks fine in day time which was my main concern. The hardest part is figuring out where you want to display it!

It was originally $110.00 from the manufacturer's site but got it cheap for $60.00 off ebay, suggested by another RS member
