rug burn on my elbows from plank work. Anyone know where I can find some lower priced yoga mats? Everything I see are $30+ and I want to buy a couple.

have you tried winners? I picked up my foam roller there, and recall spotting some cheap yoga mats

another alternative is to just do it on hard ground... it's much easier to balance imo and the line of force travels more directly onto your body

I really don't see how you could get rug burn from doing planks though, unless you're purposely sliding your arms forward and back on the mat

Planks are the bomb... I do them once in awhile, and PR'ed two plates on my back a few weeks ago for 30 seconds.

do you guys feel like incline DB/bench presses really work out your "upper" chest? cause on an anatomical level the chest is just one big slab of muscle and not separated into upper middle and lower. yet, I've always heard that the incline DBs give more of an upper chest pump while declines give more of lower chest pump. any rs brahs have any input on this subject?

Its movement us as a fan. No matter which angle youre pushing, it still chest. However, it is different parts of the fan. This is also the same way in which the trapezius works.

Thanks! will check winners. I do high plank to low plank interval workouts. So as I transition my elbows rub. Unfortunately I don't have a hard floor to rest on or it would be ideal.

I love doing plank workouts, its my favorite type as well. Although im not as hardcore as you guys, lol.

Got mine a few days ago, but haven't had a chance to lift with them yet. Pretty sure I will like them a lot more than chucks.

redsire i thought you squat in do-wins. or are you using it for deadlift? or crossfit?

I'm loving the adidas minimal shoes that I use.. Nice and hard sole and flat. Keeps me connected to the ground

Fucking home gym flooring. 4x6 foam flooring (not for high impact, just for protection) and no matter what i do there are fucking "bubbles" in the floor. They have been flattening for two days already and I'm so frustrated

Do you guys ever get late night food cravings?

And before you guys think it, I eat right, I eat healthy, and I do not starve or deprive myself what so ever. It just happens from time to time when I end up staying up late.

What do you guys eat late night when this happens? Fruits?
