hey i stayed at planet holly wood. Have nothing but good things to say about this place as always, rooms are a little meh but its nice having a mall and being in the middle of the strip.

Fuck me it was so hot but it was not the end of the world. Waited 2 hours for Cesar buffet but it was worth every penny. Went to some shows The O was unreal, That water stage. Lots of food Tons of fucking food. Overall was a great time.

Well i'm headed to vegas this saturday to tuesday for my stag! staying at the flamingo with 13 buddies :fuckyea::ahwow:Kreygasm:toot:

not sure what they have planned, for all I know i'll be in a dress and hammered for 98% of the trip.
yeehaw!

learned a little trick when we went to the Caesar's Bacchanal Buffet. Eat a huge breakfast somewhere else. Then go to the buffet at around 2:15pm-2:30pm on either Monday to Friday. It will cost $39 for the lunch buffet. Dinner switchover is at 3pm. We noticed a lot more seafood that came out on the buffet line. Dinner is $58. So you save $19. :fullofwin:

If you go on the weekend, lunch will cost $50. You save $8.

Completely depends on what you plan on going for, clubbing, gambling, both, etc?

Nowadays, clubbing always costs me more then my gambling.

Each buffet switch-over time is different though. It could be any time between 3 to 5.

I did this before when I went, but it's been like 3 years since the last time. You basically time your dinner so you show up to the buffet close to the end of the lunch period. Sit down, chat, grab some drinks and then wait until the dinner food rolls out. Last I heard, some buffets have now made it so the times between each slot are a lot more staggered, making it harder to do this now.

Nobody can really give you a good answer. It's highly dependent on the type of activities you'll be doing. The only real cash intensive activities would be gambling, strip clubs and escorts. Everything else can be charged to your room or credit card. A good rule of thumb would be to think how much cash you'd need and double that amount. Last thing you wanna do is having to go to the ATM to grab more cash when a chicks tits are all over your face.

just remember that all strip club entrances SHOULD be free cover with at least a drink. you can call the clubs themselves and they'll usually send out a limo or something.

hope you have lots of fun and can end up remembering some of it :lol

well that hurt. what a blur. up till 4 most nights, lots of gambling, i posted the fastest lap at go carting in my pink dress and tiara, penn and teller show was great, flamingo pool parties were amazing. Mr. universe was going on this past weekend which made us all look extra out of shape in the pool :( the 4 oclock twerk contest was great :)

Going to Vegas 3 times next year for bachelor parties.... going to be so expensive.

I am planning 2 of them. Any day and night activities that you found very fun and recommend going for bachelor parties?

Renthal 10-06-2016 11:13 PM

the indoor go carting track was a blast, u call ahead and the van picks u up. it was 30 bucks for 12 laps.. it wasnt enough!
didnt make it to the gun range, golf or the race track.. but they look like fun but more $$.
went to sapphire titty bar, $45 cover charge, $25 a drink, the talent there was phenomenal though! worth every penny :)
75% of the time all the guys were just gambling though.

Ch28 10-06-2016 11:50 PM

You shouldn't have had to pay for cover especially when it's your stag :(

hchang 10-07-2016 06:24 AM

^ yeah usually there's dudes standing on the strip promoting strip clubs (and illicit stuff) who can get you into any strip club with no cover (2 drink minimum)

Presto 10-28-2016 07:44 PM

We just got back from Vegas. This was the most expensive, in terms of accommodations. We were paying $180 USD for rooms that were usually around $40 USD per night. There were multiple events going on. We stayed 3 nights, and made sure to check out the Beatles' Cirque du Soleil, courtesy of MyVegas. They've updated the show! They really make use of of the floor projection effects. If you've seen it before, it is worth another view!

Special K 10-28-2016 10:17 PM

Saphhire is a rip off. Too big and tables are too packed.

Rhinos is much better. Call the Rhino limo and you get in for free backdoor. Tip the driver about $10 per person.

Really? Wow.. Our version of all out must differ... Been to Vegas 6-7 times and figure 26 days in Europe would cost more than all those trips combined from what I've seen..

Verdasco 11-01-2016 09:00 AM

made a review on the places i ate in the food section thread

stayed 3 nights at cosmo and it looked like I spent like $400 or so USD in clubs/food/drinks total

no gambling haha

wish I had time to zip down on a supercar, and will check out rhino instead of sapphire next time

:fuckyea:

SumAznGuy 11-01-2016 09:34 AM

I just came back from spending 5 days in Vegas with the wife.
First off, those MyVegas points are getting crap. Too many restrictions on dates and you have to be staying at that hotel to redeem.
Ended up doing 2 Bellagio buffet dinners.
We rented a car for 5 days which ended up close to $30 per day for the cheapest car they had.
Hotel wise, it was close to $200 cdn per night from Wed to Sun.
Didn't help that it was Halloween weekend and people were there for the NHRA drag racing so the strip was extra busy.

How did you like the Cosmo? Definitely on my list of hotels to try.

I keep going back to the Bellagio (fountain view rooms). Hard to top that view... unless it was watching the fountains from your personal patio at Cosmo lol

6793026 11-01-2016 08:45 PM

Booked Lotus of Siam for a good dinner feast.

anything else that's hip nowadays in Vegas? drive down to the outlet maybe?

cosmo's casino is different, more younger crowd, barely anyone smokes, smells fresh, best casino smell.

hotel itself is awesome, one of the newer if not the newest hotel on the strip. Very eye candy place with lots of great restaurants (better restaurants than other hotels imo......) beauty and essex, holsteins, blue ribbon, eggslut, milo, stk, secret pizza place, and one of the best buffet places in vegas (wicked spoon) pretty stacked for a hotel haha....

lot of rich ballers here, not many kids compared to other hotels since it is more upscale/expensive, made for youngins.... my next hotel would be something cheap so I can get a bigger room haha! already found a group of good looking girls to come back with us to vegas (that we found in the club)

Obsideon 11-02-2016 10:33 PM

I've been meaning to want to stay at Cosmo too but last time I went, it was still considered a very, very new hotel so it was pretty pricey. I ended up PriceLining Aria for like 1/4 of the price which was just next door.
Cosmo definitely smells nice, do they spray scents all over the vents or something? It's like walking into a Victoria Secret or something lol...
When I was there a few years back, Marquee Night Club was also the hottest spot in town, which is also inside the Cosmo.
