I thought these guys were going to jog at a slow pace, fall, trip, push each other over and make a funny show for the fans. But no, these mofos were SERIOUS! They were running as fast as they could. I shoulda bumped up the shutter to 1/320 or faster for these guys.

There was some race controversy. The Cobbs baker guy won, but he cheated cuz he had running shoes on, while everyone else had mascot shoes. Those mascots were really trying to win. I was shooting the FOX girls congratulate their mascot after the race and he was like, that mofo cheated, he had shoes!!.
