This happened at the Scotia Bank parking lot today. This clai coming from the opposite direction "robbed" my spot even though she saw me heading towards the spot next to the Dodge Journey... I had to slam on the brakes to avoid making any contact...

You don't need to have a wheelchair to qualify for handicap parking. When I was in high school and was dangerously underweight (5'7", 72 lbs) due to a gastrointestinal problem, I qualified with only a walking stick (which I didn't use) and I was driving a Nissan S12 200SX, which is a very small car by today's standards.

Regardless, HoS worthy park job.

it was pretty insane at the willingdon costco as well on the weekend. wish i had taken pics. they were even double parked on the dead end street where it's marked no parking. i took that as a sign that i better get my groceries elsewhere ...
